Orange County Home Prices Continue to Rise

The median sold price of existing single-family homes in the county reached $1,350,000. This represents an from January, where the median price was $1,320,000.

February 2024 had a 2.3 percent month-to-month increase in median sold prices, reflecting appreciation in real estate prices. Year-over-year data further solidifies this trend, with a significant 16.5 percent surge in median price growth compared to February 2023.
